First thing is to get noticed. There’s lots of ways to attract them, you just need to use the best ones for you.
So you’ve got your customers’ attention, now’s your chance to impress.
If they’ve come this far and they’re still listening, then you’re doing something right. Don’t blow it.
OK so your customer wants you. They’ve decided to buy - great! Job done you might think?
You’ve put in a lot of hard work. You’ve made the sale and your customer’s happy. Let’s not leave it there.
What is ISO 27001?
It’s the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It's a management system tool to help organisations better manage their information assets. ISO 27001 certification can help protect systems against computer-assisted fraud, cyber attack, sabotage and viruses. Breaches in information security can allow vital information to be accessed, stolen, corrupted or lost.
ISO 27001 (formerly known as BS 7799 which we used to have back in the days of faxes, dial-up and pigeons) is based on the ‘plan – do – check – act’ model. It uses risk assessment and business impact analysis to identify and manage risk to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Increasingly our clients and prospects will want to know how safe our IT systems are. More organisations now see certification to ISO 27001 as a prerequisite for doing business. Becoming ISO 27001 certified assures our stakeholders and clients that we take security seriously.
What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is a certified quality management system (QMS) which we use to prove our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
